DUNKINʼ UK VALENTINEʼS FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the DUNKINʼ UK Valentineʼs
Giveaway (“Competition”) run via DUNKINʼ UKʼs official Facebook page.
1.2 The sole promoter is DUNKINʼ UK QFM Group) of 10 Brightside Lane,
Sheffield (“DUNKINʼ”).
1.3 By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
DUNKINʼ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any
changes will be published on DUNKINʼ UKʼs official Facebook page.
2. Participation
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps on Facebook:
Like the competition post
Tag the person they would share the prize with in the comments
Share the competition post to their personal Facebook page
Each valid comment tag counts as one 1) entry.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
2.4 The Competition opens on 17 February 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes
on 24 February 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not
be valid.
2.5 Employees of DUNKINʼ, their immediate families, or anyone professionally
associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
2.6 DUNKINʼ accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupted, misdirected

3. Prize
3.1 There will be one 1) winner selected at random from all eligible entries.
3.2 The winner will receive:
2 6 boxes of DUNKINʼ Valentineʼs donuts
3.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative
will be offered.
3.4 DUNKINʼ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of
equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this
necessary.
3.5 The winner will be announced and contacted via a reply to their competition
comment and direct message from DUNKINʼ UKʼs official Facebook account on
25 February 2026.
3.6 If the winner does not respond within seven 7) days of the first contact
attempt, they will forfeit their prize and an alternative winner may be selected.
3.7 Prizes will be arranged for fulfilment following confirmation of delivery
details and will be delivered within the UK only.
3.8 DUNKINʼ UK will only contact the winner via its official Facebook account.
DUNKINʼ will never request bank details or payment information. Entrants
should be aware of and report any scam or impersonator accounts.
4. General
4.1 DUNKINʼs decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final.
4.2 DUNKINʼ reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition or
these Terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.3 The Competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4.4 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any responsibility
in connection with this Competition.

5.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be
processed in accordance with DUNKINʼ UKʼs privacy policy and for the purpose
of administering this Competition.
5.2 By entering, participants consent to DUNKINʼ contacting them via the
